Business dashboards & control centres
See what needs attention.
Then act on it.
A dashboard shows you what happened. A business control centre helps you understand why, decide what matters and take the next step from the same connected system.
Illustrative control centre
What needs our
attention today?
Start with the exceptions. Keep the context close. Make the next action clear.
Spend is rising faster than qualified enquiries.
Review →A key enquiry page has moved below its normal range.
Investigate →One location is above the agreed follow-up target.
Assign →More than reporting
The report is not
the end point.
See
Bring the important signals together and make exceptions visible before they become bigger problems.
Understand
Keep the supporting detail close enough to investigate the cause without opening five other tools.
Act
Turn the insight into an owner, approval or controlled action—and keep a record of what happened.
Connected information
One view across
the tools you use.
A useful business intelligence dashboard does not create another data silo. It connects the systems that already hold the story and presents the right part to the right person.
Different people. The right view.
Built around the decision,
not the data source.
Owners and leadership
A clear view across the business.
Bring the few numbers, risks and exceptions that matter into one place—without asking five people for five different reports.
- Performance vs target
- Operational exceptions
- Trends and risks
Marketing teams
Connect activity to the result.
See campaigns, website behaviour, leads and revenue together, so the team can understand cause and effect rather than reporting each channel in isolation.
- Campaign performance
- Lead quality
- Conversion paths
Multi-location businesses
See the group and the detail.
Compare locations, brands or teams from one shared view, then drill into the area that needs attention without rebuilding the report.
- Location comparison
- Shared benchmarks
- Local drill-down
Insight before automation
Begin read-only.
Earn the right to act.
We often begin by connecting information without changing the source systems. Once the data, rules and human workflow are trusted, a control centre can take on carefully governed actions.
How we build it
Start with the question.
Then connect the data.
- 01
Choose the decisions
Start with what people need to notice, understand or decide—not every field the source systems can provide.
- 02
Connect the sources
Bring the right data together through APIs, databases or controlled imports.
- 03
Build the useful view
Create a clear hierarchy from business health to the detail behind an exception.
- 04
Add controlled action
Where it is valuable, add approvals, workflows and carefully governed ways to act.
Common questions
Before we connect.
What is the difference between a dashboard and a control centre?
A dashboard mainly reports what has happened. A control centre also highlights what needs attention, helps people understand why and gives them a controlled way to decide or act.
Can you connect the systems we already use?
Usually, yes. The right method depends on the APIs, permissions and data quality available in each platform. We assess those connections before defining the first useful version.
Will the information be live?
Some sources can update close to real time; others refresh on a schedule. We set the right refresh rate for each decision rather than calling every data source live when it is not.
Can one dashboard cover multiple locations or brands?
Yes. A shared data model can provide a group-level view while preserving the ability to compare and drill into individual locations, brands or teams.
Can the control centre make changes in other systems?
It can where the connected platform allows it, but we normally begin read-only. Controlled actions, approval steps and audit trails are added once the data and workflow are trusted.
What does a custom business dashboard cost?
It depends on the number of data sources, the quality of the existing information and the decisions the dashboard must support. We scope a focused first view before recommending a larger platform.
Too many systems. Not enough visibility?
