The person behind Don Digital

I’m Andy.
I like making
things work.

I run Don. My work spans Google Ads, website design and management, and now the connected business systems we’re building through Don Digital.

The common thread is the result. Can the customer do what they came to do? Can the team get on with the work? Can the person running the business see what’s going on?

Those are the questions I want the technology to answer.

Why this work

The tools should
help the people.

Businesses can have a perfectly good website, advertising account and booking system, yet still spend far too much time moving information between them.

That’s what interests me: the places where work gets stuck. A missed handover. A repeated task. A decision held up because nobody has the whole picture.

Don Digital is about finding those bottlenecks and building a practical way through them. Better control for the business owner. Less friction for the team. A better experience for the customer.

Ideally, the software does the admin.
You get to do your job.

What I bring to the work

A view of the journey,
not just one piece of it.

My background connects the commercial goal, the customer experience and the systems that support both.

01 / Google Ads & digital marketing

Getting people to the business.

Advertising means thinking about the customer, the offer and the action you want someone to take. It also means asking whether the spend is producing something useful.

02 / Website design & management

Making the next step work.

A website is where a lot of that intent becomes an enquiry or a purchase. Building and managing websites brings the customer experience and the practical details together.

03 / Business systems & private AI

Connecting what happens after.

That same thinking extends into the business: how information moves, how the team follows through and how the owner sees what is happening.

Working with me

Direct conversations.
A clear reason to build.

I’m direct and outcome-focused. I want to understand what is causing the problem, what a better result looks like and whether the thing we’re considering will actually help.

That means starting with your business, keeping people involved in the decisions and building something useful enough to learn from.

AI has a part to play: connecting context, preparing work and helping people act. The business still needs clear ownership, visibility and control.
